Vision Sunday 2018

On Vision Sunday 2018, Rob Chisholm shared how we as a church have seen God work in the following areas and how we hope to grow in them to fulfill the mission Jesus has given us. That mission is that Jesus has sent the whole church to do the whole mission of making disciples to the end of the earth until the end of the age.

Specific areas that we hope to grow in over the next year and beyond are:

Maintenance- We want to grow in how we take care of what God has given us. This will allow us to be in, with, and for the community around us by using our building to be a blessing.

Mercy & Benevolence- We want to grow in our expressions of mercy and benevolence both inside the household of faith and to the city around us.

Missions- We want to grow in our connections to several global partners to be able to extend more tangible expressions of care and partnership, as well as seeing how we can be fulfilling the great commission in our own city as God brings many nations to us.

Church Planting- We are excited to send a group of people to plant Grace City Church of Frankford this Spring.

Please be praying in the coming days and weeks about how God may be calling you to join us in our commitment to the mission that God has called us to.
